1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) should be provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at help@poojaarticles.com or call us at +91-9790030095 within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back. The shipping charges for returning should be given by customers as mentioned in the Restocking Fee section below.
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

✓ If approved: You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

✕ If rejected: If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Missing an item
  • Contains a wrong product

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear images and order details. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability.

6. Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes you might need a different size or color after receiving your order. That's why we offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement policy!

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • Once the product is received, it will be inspected and the replacement will be approved within 7 days
  • After approving, the product will be delivered to you within 7-12 working days

7. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

The restocking fee is applicable for customer-initiated returns.
